The Resort: We get our name from Hard Ground Barasingha the
pride of Kanha Tiger Reserve. We are situated walking
distance from Khatia gate, the entry into the national park.
We have a garden in the front where you can enjoy fresh air.
Our rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with attached
bathrooms and excellent ventilation.We have 7 well furnished
rooms at present which are being increased to total 14 rooms
very soon.
if required Air coolers/ Room heaters can be provided with
payment of little extra charge. with our own kitchen and
excellent cooks we provide fresh and healthy food to suit
your taste. We cater to need of different people, student /
educational and tourist groups and naturalist. Guide tour to
Baiga tola (village), etc.

Airport is connected to Delhi and many destinations
including Mumbai. Distance from : Nagpur (280kms.), Jabalpur
(214km.) and Raipur (216km.)
By Road: Jabalpur is well connected to many towns via
regular bus service. Jabalpur to Kanha is 158 km. Buses ply
between Nagpur to Jabalpur via Khawasa for Tiger reserve at
Pench. Taxi hire from Jabalpur, Nagpur & Raipur to arrive at
Kanha and Pench is available.
Nearest convenient Rail head : Nagpur & Jabalpur, on the
Bombay Howrah-via-Allahabad main line. There is a Tourist
Information Office at Jabalpur Railway Station.
